Mint Lemonade

This recipe is from the book Eva's kitchen by Eva Longoria. I am a big fan of her,for her role as Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives. This book mainly highlights Mexican style cooking with a touch of international cuisines also. The recipes are refreshingly simple and easy to follow. This is the first recipe from the book that I have tried but I have marked a couple more recipes which I am gonna try soon.
